For the piper cherokee 300 series. Are there any tricks to making the wing box stronger or recomended modifications to the plans?
Same for the 900 series. (Every plane in that series has serious wing/body joint issues they fly amazingly well but they just dont have the structural integrity to hold up to say a few 6 year olds playing with them.) I have been half tempted to go get some 1/8th maybe even 3/16th square stock and engineer through body stringers to reinforce the wing roots all the way out to the 3rd or 4th rib.
Final question, on the 300 series Cesna 172 are there tricks for the rear window and the wing fills at the body wing join by the rear window.
