Depends on how much patience you have.
Pacer canopy glue dries clear, but requires that the clear canopy be held in place, while it cures. Tape tends to damage things like tissue and covering, if you use it to secure the canopy while the glue dries. CA works instantly, but it will create white flashing on the canopy, around the edge of where the CA glue was applied. If you can get inside the canopy afterward, you can wrap paper towel around a wire or stick tip, and wipe away the white flashing. I often use thick CA, which doesn't have the run issues that the thin has, and use it very sparingly to tack the canopy in place. The less used, the less worry of the white flashing that requires cleanup afterward. After tacking a few spots with CA to hold the canopy in place, I'll then use something like Pacer canopy glue to secure the canopy. One good thing about Pacer, is that it's somewhat like Elmer's glue and can be water cleaned up, if mis-applied. Not the case with most other glues.
