i decided on a solution to my aeleron problem. i cut 2 pieces of 3/32 balsa to the shape of the aeleron opening, and laminated them together with a CA hinges sandwiched inbetween & sanded it to match the airfoil, then i made a bevel & groove for the wire conrol rod .032". i cant put bushings in the ribs , as they are too small. i hope that wont create any problems. I really enjoy this stuff. i just gotta learn to fly now. i crashed my first one i made, and i got my second one stuck 80 feet in a tree! it was very embarrasing . there was a whole little leage team at the park, and making fun of me.
