I am so glad to again start building Guillow kits. In fact I just bought the small Me109 and can't wait to start on It. I am 87 years old and have been a professional Model maker for over 40 years, now retired. Prior to that I was a big band singer from the 1940's to the 1960's I have built every type of model you can imagine and it sure is good to get back to basics just for myself. Unfortunately or fortunately I always have a habit of getting carried away and begin to add detail up the ying yang. If I do decide to start that I will try to confine that to a display model. Wish me luck to not get carried away. Good to be here.

Welcome, I too just got back into model airplanes. Just retired at 63. Am working on a Fairchild 24 that I hope to fly with my grandkids.
