:!: Sorry the images are so small. I'll try to correct that for future postings.
In the meantime you can click on the image for an enlarged view.

Hi Bill your DR 1 looks great. Are you building for display or flying?

That looks very fine. If you want to enhance your engine I made a build thread on "The Orberusal Factory" Mitch

Thanks all! Really appreciate the comments.
I'm building this one for display in my living room.
The next one I build (I'm thinking of the Cessna 170 because of the overhead wing) will be for flying.

This is not my video. I really wish I could build/fly like this. Anyway It is about Guillow's 300 kit so I thought I would re post here.

I think you have a good start... build one for display. See how they go together. Next one for flight. We will be here to help.

I saw the beginning of the video but an error occurred... Very good to show our fellow modelers how to properly wind the model safely, and hook up the prop. That's all I saw of the video.

Since you are building this for display, a little extra work on the engine and guns will really enhance your model! You could even spend a little more time and finish off the cockpit!

Mitch

PS the Pilot for the PT17 part no. 803 would look good in the Dr1 as a WW1 pilot and I believe is a good value for $2.00

Thanks for the video Widdog! Enjoyed watching it.
Mitch? How do I see the thread you were speaking of about the engine?

Hi all!
Sorry I've been gone for awhile. Had "stuff" to do.
I'm going to be working on the Fokker in the next few days. I haven't had time to work on mine but have been reading the different posts. A LOT of valuable information. Between all youse guys an encyclopedia could be written about this hobby!
Looking forward to getting back to work on her and will be making posts.
