LOL Phugoid, the German word for Cock is Ventil or Hahn but if you translate it without thinking about things ofcourse it becomes a chicken LOL.
Ofcourse it should be mentioned that the English word cock has various meanings as well and is often enough mistakenly translated ...

let me guess, thorn, that means "I don't speak any german"?
The P-38 is arguably the best... Forget that, it is THE BEST fighter of world war two, and is epically AWESOME!

Build threads are like that ADW123, one whole page dedicated to pics and how to's and then on the next a discussion about something totally irrelevant. Have to admit these forums are fun though and often you can make good friends here.

Here here Jens, I think if the guy who started the thread is OK with a bit of banter who are we to argue?

I love the fact that here we are talking about a shared interest, on a forum with folks from different places around the world, it's a shame not to have some fun too!

Hey Alex............... when did you get so serious? :D

Ok let us all agree that the roosters should remain out of the thread LOL. But yes it is great to get to know people (in an electronic sense of the word) from all over the world who share this common interest in flight.

Alright so pics will follow, I spent half the evening getting my Transmitter rebuilt as I was simply not happy with the switch placement and one of them had worn out anyway so rather than just replace the beat up one I swapped out three of them and rearranged all of them to suit my way of thinking when I fly.

The 109 now has two servos in place and the Rx is also installed. Next up is the vertical stabilizer and some more electric gear.

Alright then no roosters instead lets try servos and recievers.

Here we see the rudder and elevator servos mounted in place.

And here the reciever tray as viewed from the bottom of the fuselage with the Spektrum Rx mounted.
