As you know I did the same with the Sikorsky R6B/V and what a finish I acheved, and as for SUSAN what an angel she is, nothing is to much trouble for her, (God bless her) Barrie.
Mr. Duckett, as you have heard many times from others, I too love your work. How do you achieve the very smooth, clean transition between the plastic nose cone and the balsa fuselage? The seam is never visible!
Thanks for your speedy response and the detailed description. What do you mean by "instead of the former"? Pictures of your process would be great. I have this kit in my stash (out of sight of the Mrs.) for a future build.
