302 with Edelbrock 4v setup/4speed toploader. I installed factory air in it a few years back, which made it much more enjoyable to drive. That was a bit of a task. Those parts such as shaker scoops are really expensive. They may have repros now, but not cheap either. I remember in the early 80s when the cars started catching on but the repros weren't out there, that resellers would hog up all that stuff for profit. Made it really expensive to get that kind of stuff. I actually have an excellent place to work on it now, as well as a stock of new metal, complete front end kit, etc, but these darn models have taken all my attention away from cars. :D
The Dauntless has a GWS 9070 3-blade prop. The GWS bl geared setup sounds really nice on these planes, versus the almost silent outrunners.

You can barely see the car in the background, behind my AR234 scratch build.

My fiance thinks i'am nuts for buying the mustang.. because we have never driven it! I have a 30 by 40 pole shed with a concrete floor ,No ac in there or heat but soon i will insulate it!
