Are you building for display or flying?

If you are going to fly it, do not use that blue rubber band. It will break very soon.

Rubber bands for free flight models can be ordered from many places on the internet;
www.guillow.com has some. It's gray rubber, not the best, but will produce decent flights.
Tan II is the most used. Just search the internet.

Let us know what you are able to find.
