I was wondering if it was possible to convert a 1400 Series kit into a "Sugar Fuel" Rapier powered model. Not my video but a very good example of a scale jet being flown on Rapier power.

Thanks Dave,

I have a couple of Diel Kits. At the contest in Perris, not only did I take home a 3rd place, I received a truck load of kits. They had a grab bag, and insisted I take as many as I could carry.

I plan to have my jets fly with props and rubber. If the construction does not allow that, they will be a catapult glider.

As far as Raipier Motors go, I think they are not available. They are now in the category of fireworks and can no longer be obtained from the source country.

I have been cleaning house and setting up a dedicated work shop for my models, my daughter has been patient, and after my Colorado trip I told her I will not have model airplanes on the Dining Room table anymore! We enjoy a diner there once in a while!

Keep Building, Keep Flying, Keep the Peace! Mitch :D

PS I even got all the models OFF the Foosball Table and we played a game the other night... Coral 10 Dad 7 :(
