Prop cover building faq needed

Got this posted in another forum but hoping someone here might have a building faq. I am in need of a cover for my FW-190 atm. I lost a link to a simple build of balsa covers using stacked balsa discs with a mandrel inserted and a drill used to form it into shape. I can figure that part out,its the measurement table I need. If anyone knows of a building tutorial I can look at maybe I can make a acceptable looking piece. Alas the whole build has been without the use of a single electric device and.its all basswood, the cone might be the deal breaker. Thxs for any help you can dig up.
