so they sell that japanese paper at jus a regular arts store. and what about mono coat can that work

Monokote works, but its a tad heavy. Comes in hundreds of colors, including clear. If you build to just the bones, try clear. Its much easyer to clean.
Jap tissue is called Esaki. It costs about 1.25 per sheet. It is lighter and stronger than domestic, but I think it only comes in 7 solid colors and a couple paterns. What you find in the dime stores and hobby shops is generally domestic. It sells for 5 sheets [or more ] for 1.00
I use domestic for most of my planes. It dosent weigh THAT much more. Depends on your taste. If you are going for the record, use the good stuff. If its just for fun, domestic comes in more colors and paterns than can be imagined.

I built the 500 series BF 109, but never tried flying it, just display.
