Sealing Wings

I've got the wings on my #404 Zero covered doing one side at a time pinning it down to prevent warping. Now I'm ready to seal with 50/50 glue. Can I seal the whole wing at once or do I have to do one side at a time?
If so how can I keep the glue on the bottom side to dry and not stick.

i use dope because it drys faster and it is lighter 50/50, but i would stay away from doing both sides because it could cause warping at the same time.
